What’s your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 8 hours’ notice to cancel a class via the app. As a small studio, every space matters. Cancellations made outside of this window will not be credited. If you cancel within the 8-hour policy, your class will be returned to your account as a credit.

Can I book a class and pay later?

No. Due to our very limited class sizes, all bookings must be paid for at the time of booking—either online or via direct payment at the studio. Spaces cannot be held without payment.

How long does the Intro Package last?

Our Intro Package is valid for two weeks from your first booked class.

I’m new to Pilates — which class should I start with?

We recommend starting with Find Your Passion, our beginner-friendly class. This class is designed to guide you through the foundational principles of Pilates in a supportive environment, helping you build strength, confidence, and technique.

How long are packages valid for?

Package validity depends on the option you choose:

• 10 Class Pack: valid for 6 months
• 5 Class Pack: valid for 3 months
• Single Casual Class: valid for 1 month

Are grip socks compulsory?

Yes. We have a strict no socks, no entry policy. Grip socks are essential for hygiene, safety, and proper technique on the equipment. They are available for purchase at the studio, priced between 75,000 IDR – 250,000 IDR.

Can I join if I am pregnant?

Yes. Find Your Passion is the most suitable class during pregnancy. Our studio is small and intimate, allowing us to offer personalised modifications so you feel supported, comfortable, and safe throughout your practice.
