Through a range of modern and classical exercises, you'll focus on core strength, posture, and balance to enhance overall mobility. But don’t be fooled—while this class is beginner-friendly, you’ll still leave with that signature Humbl burn. More than just movement, this class encourages you to listen to your body and celebrate its progress. Leave feeling strong, capable, and empowered in your own skin!

Studio Policy:

  • Grip socks are required for all classes. No entry will be permitted if you arrive more than 5 minutes late.

Cancellations:

Prior Pilates experience required.
